Confidential company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Nutanix Platform Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, operations, and lifecycle management of their Nutanix infrastructure. This role will oversee a team of engineers responsible for delivering a highly available, scalable, and secure private cloud platform while driving automation, modernization, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Nutanix infrastructure engineers
• Own the design, deployment, and management of Nutanix AHV, Prism, storage, and platform services
• Drive platform reliability, performance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives
• Develop infrastructure standards, automation, and operational best practices
• Partner with architecture, security, networking, and application teams to support business objectives
• Manage upgrades, lifecycle management, vendor relationships, and strategic roadmap planning

Skills

• 4+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with significant expertise in Nutanix platforms
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing infrastructure teams
• Deep knowledge of Nutanix AHV, Prism, HCI architecture, virtualization, storage, and private cloud technologies
• Experience with automation, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-scale operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
