Pinnacle Technology is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support critical Referrals, Authorizations, and MyChart Scheduling initiatives within a complex healthcare environment. This role will serve as the primary analyst for referral management and patient self-scheduling workflows while collaborating closely with various Epic application teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst for Epic Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives
• Design, build, support, and optimize MyChart self-scheduling workflows
• Configure and maintain direct scheduling and open scheduling functionality
• Support referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues and referral templates
• Build and maintain complex referral rules and routing logic
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
• Troubleshoot application issues and recommend process improvements
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and optimization projects
• Work closely with Cadence, Ambulatory, MyChart, and other Epic application teams
• Ensure solutions align with organizational standards and Epic best practices

Skills

• Epic Referral & Authorization Certification (Required)
• Epic MyChart Certification (Required)
• Experience supporting MyChart self-scheduling workflows
• Experience with direct scheduling and open scheduling
• Experience supporting referral and authorization workflows
• Experience with workqueues, referral templates, and complex referral rule build
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating across multiple Epic applications and operational teams
• Epic Cadence Certification
• Experience supporting or building Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows
• Healthcare systems implementation or optimization experience
• Experience leading workflow design and process improvement initiatives
