INA Solution is seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Lead to lead the development of a next-generation compact dozer for the North American market. This role will drive product development, technical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a compact crawler dozer platform
• Define product specifications, performance targets, and technical requirements
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify opportunities for improvement
• Oversee development of key systems, including:
• Powertrain and cooling systems
• Hydrostatic drive system
• Hydraulic blade controls
• Undercarriage and structural design
• Electrical architecture and machine controls
• Ensure compliance with North American regulations and performance standards
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, service, and global engineering teams

Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering
• 7–10 years of experience in dozer development or heavy equipment engineering
• Strong technical leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
