[Remote] Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage qualified prospects
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and hand off to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns and events
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

Skills

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the B2B tech or SaaS industry
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, Turkish is a plus
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with the META region's business culture and sales practices
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude
