Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the company by generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background and a desire to succeed in the competitive insurance industry. Bilingual is a Plus.

Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, auto, property). Present and explain coverage options, pricing, and benefits. Build lasting client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets. Stay informed on market trends and regulations. Handle policy updates, renewals, and claims. Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies. Accurately manage client records and reports in CRM systems.

Requirements

Valid state-issued P&C insurance license (licensing assistance available). Experience in insurance sales preferred but not requiredmotivated entry-level candidates welcome. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a focus on customer service. Tech-savvy and organized, able to manage multiple priorities. Skilled in problem-solving and providing tailored insurance solutions. Must uphold high ethical standards and integrity. Required qualifications:
