This remote position requires a dedicated professional who can ensure exceptional customer service, drive operational efficiency, and manage service team performance to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate service technicians and staff to achieve performance targets. Develop and implement service processes and standards to improve efficiency and profitability. Coordinate with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless workflow. Monitor and manage departmental budget, labor costs, and inventory levels. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze and improve service department processes. Familiarity with automotive service software and management systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Benefits
