The Role Health Consultants are responsible for delivering excellent coaching and client experiences. You’ll manage a roster of VIP clients, provide support with both fitness and nutrition, and guide them through lifestyle changes that drive results. You will also be responsible for supporting client retention and engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage clients at different stages of their journey. Every day will look different, and you will be expected to collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our systems and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure client success and retention (90%+).
• Track and document all client communications in the CRM.
• Educate clients and prospects on our approach and services.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success team members.
• Be available Monday–Friday (with occasional evening flexibility).
• Stay current with best practices in coaching, fitness, and functional health.

Requirements

• Certification in personal training and nutrition (required).
• Experience coaching women (peri/post-menopause experience is a plus).
• Functional/holistic health knowledge (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and reliable with strong time management.
• Experience using Zoom, Google Drive, Facebook, and CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar).
• Previous coaching, customer service, or client support experience.
