About the Role

Our client, a pioneering force in digital wellness, is actively seeking a Virtual Holistic Health Coach & Mindfulness Instructor to join their entirely remote team. This role is central to our mission of providing accessible, personalized wellness support to individuals worldwide. You will guide clients through transformative journeys, focusing on mind-body connection, stress reduction, and the adoption of sustainable healthy habits. Leveraging your expertise in holistic health principles and mindfulness practices, you will design and deliver engaging online coaching sessions, workshops, and resources. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments to understand clients' unique needs and goals. Develop personalized holistic health and wellness plans, integrating nutrition, movement, stress management, and mindfulness. Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions via video conferencing, fostering a supportive and motivating environment. Design and deliver engaging mindfulness and meditation sessions tailored to various client needs (e.g., stress reduction, focus enhancement). Create and share valuable digital content, including articles, guided meditations, and wellness tips. Educate clients on the principles of holistic health and sustainable lifestyle changes. Track client progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust plans as necessary. Collaborate with a remote team of wellness professionals to enhance service offerings. Stay current with the latest research and trends in holistic health, mindfulness, and behavioral coaching. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.

Requirements

Certification as a Health Coach from an accredited program (e.g., NBHWC, Institute for Integrative Nutrition). Certification or extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or other mindfulness modalities. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing health coaching and/or mindfulness instruction, preferably in a virtual setting. Strong understanding of holistic wellness principles, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathetic engagement skills. Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet), online collaboration platforms, and digital content creation. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting. Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging online workshops and content.
