This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Tableau reports and dashboards that consume data from a newly developed claims data warehouse. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills, ensuring that high-quality, efficient, and effective reporting solutions are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test end-user reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Ensure compliance with established design, development, testing, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers in an agile environment.
• Optimize SQL Server queries for efficient data retrieval and performance.
• Provide expertise in data warehousing, analytics, and reporting to support business intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused team (data warehousing, analytics, or reporting).
• Extensive Tableau experience in developing dashboards and reports.
