Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to a queue of customer service tickets via email, phone, or chat, providing clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers
  • Looking up and tracking customer orders, researching loyalty card account inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions, using our proprietary CRM system
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and professional responses to customers
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to quickly find answers to customer inquiries
  • Good documentation skills, with the ability to track and resolve customer inquiries accurately
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required; we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all
  • Reliability and dependability, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
