About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive virtual brand engagement strategies across multiple digital platforms, including social media, webinars, and online communities. Create compelling and shareable content that highlights product benefits, brand values, and industry insights, tailored to resonate with our target audience. Host and lead virtual events, product launches, and educational workshops, ensuring a high level of attendee interaction and satisfaction. Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with online influencers, brand advocates, and key opinion leaders within the beauty and wellness sectors. Provide exceptional online customer support and engagement, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to align brand messaging and strategy with business objectives. Stay abreast of emerging beauty and wellness trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand ambassadorship, digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful virtual marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for engaging storytelling and content creation. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and virtual event software. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
