The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial conception and feasibility studies through design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, establishing project scope, defining deliverables, and managing budgets and schedules effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. Risk management is a critical aspect of this role, requiring proactive identification of potential issues and the development of mitigation strategies. You will also be responsible for contract negotiation and administration, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Regular reporting on project progress, financial performance, and key risks to senior management and stakeholders is essential. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, permitting processes, and contract management.
