Front-End Engineer – Full-Time, Remote We are hiring a Front-End Engineer to join our remote team. You’ll work closely with the founding team to build refined, high-performing interfaces designed specifically for front-end developers. This is a hands-on position where you’ll take ownership of critical features, contribute to product direction, and have room to grow into a leadership or expert role as the company evolves.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible, and efficient front-end experiences using modern frameworks and tooling
• Partner directly with the founders to turn product ideas and visual designs into real features
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Improve and refine features based on real user feedback and usage data
• Help shape and evolve front-end systems, patterns, and best practices

What You Should Have

• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with contemporary front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js
• Solid understanding of user experience principles and keen attention to UI details
• Proficiency with Git and browser-based developer tools
• Ability to work independently and productively in a remote, fast-paced setting
• A high sense of ownership and commitment to delivering quality

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating tools or platforms for developers
• Knowledge of performance profiling and front-end optimization techniques
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical work
