The role involves leading the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Workday Financial Management platform while providing strategic advice to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional architecture and design of Workday Financial Management solutions
• Analyze business processes and recommend Workday best-practice configurations
• Design end-to-end financial workflows and business processes
• Define system architecture, security model, reporting strategy, and data governance standards
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of ERP Financial Systems experience
• 5+ years of Workday Financial Management implementation experience
• Multiple full lifecycle Workday Financial implementations
• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes
• Experience leading large-scale Workday transformation programs
