The ideal candidate must have prior experience working on Capital One projects and possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality user interface designs for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and UX teams to deliver engaging user experiences
• Ensure consistency with established design systems, branding guidelines, and accessibility standards
• Translate business and user requirements into visually compelling interface designs
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently
• Work effectively within an Agile environment and meet project deadlines

Skills

• Prior experience supporting Capital One projects/engagements (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio of digital product design work
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern UI best practices
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
