Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Learning our proprietary systems and processes, including scripted dialogue delivery and scheduling attorneys for hearings
• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while consistently portraying our high standards of customer support
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, demonstrating your ability to drive results and exceed expectations
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team, fostering collaboration and open communication
