They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex technology initiatives in a regulated environment, focusing on enterprise integration and middleware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed project plans
• Facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Identifying and mitigating risks
• Overseeing the development of technical requirements
• Influencing project direction in a highly matrixed environment
• Ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement

Skills

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience managing medium to large-scale, complex projects
• Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway & Connect:Direct
• Strong knowledge of IBM MQ, enterprise integration, and middleware technologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage dependencies
• Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Banking or highly regulated industry experience
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with Axway Secure Transfer
