TimelyCare is a clinically accountable virtual care provider built specifically for education, trusted by nearly 500 campuses across the U.S. The Strategy & Operations Intern will work with the Director of Strategy & Operations to evaluate growth opportunities, support operational improvements, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics
• Analyze internal and external data to identify insights, quantify opportunities, and validate strategic recommendations
• Structure and manage project plans for assigned initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain on track
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to gather inputs, test assumptions, and refine strategic recommendations
• Build presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders, helping to inform recommendations for senior leadership
• Support operational improvement initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness and scalability
• Help evaluate and define business processes, workflows, reporting needs, and operating models to support future growth
• Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals

• 3- 5+ years experience in consulting, strategy, startups, technology, healthcare, finance, operations, or education (preferred but not required)
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program, completed an MBA, or planning to begin an MBA in the near future (non-MBA candidates with relevant operator experience welcome to apply) preferred
