[Remote] Senior Technical Project Manager / Application Development Lead

Elegant Enterprise-Wide Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Application Development Lead to oversee complex IT application projects. The role involves providing technical leadership, managing the full SDLC, and coordinating with various stakeholders in enterprise, government, and healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Experience managing IT application projects in complex enterprise, government, healthcare, or public-sector environments
- Experience leading full SDLC initiatives including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and enhancement
- Experience providing technical leadership for websites, enterprise applications, databases, integrations, and vendor-supported systems
- Experience providing second-level application support and production troubleshooting
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Experience using SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience supporting applications in Microsoft Azure and/or administering Azure environments
- Experience with Azure modernization, cloud migration planning, or cloud-aligned application improvement
- Experience with data storage optimization
- Experience with database analysis
- Experience leading requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience preparing technical documentation, project artifacts, assessment reports, future-state designs, and migration recommendations
- Experience coordinating with vendors, technical teams, business divisions, and project stakeholders
Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 7+ years of IT project management experience
- Minimum 7+ years of expert application development, application engineering, or application support experience
- Experience managing IT application projects in complex enterprise, government, healthcare, or public-sector environments
- Experience leading full SDLC initiatives including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and enhancement
- Experience providing technical leadership for websites, enterprise applications, databases, integrations, and vendor-supported systems
- Experience providing second-level application support and production troubleshooting
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server databases
