They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead heavy industrial construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges

Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy industrial construction
• Proven track record delivering complex industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and contract management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest
