They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Document Management Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of document imaging solutions within healthcare organizations, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of document imaging and management solutions for healthcare organizations, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration with existing workflows and EHR systems
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering skills development and sharing industry best practices
• Analyze and optimize complex workflow processes; drive and champion process improvements to elevate efficiency, compliance, and user experience throughout the document lifecycle
• Oversee and actively participate in the development and delivery of training programs for both end-users and internal staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and solution adoption
• Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for technical troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve high-impact issues
• Manage and update comprehensive project documentation, including detailed training materials, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications
• Serve as a primary client liaison in both onsite and virtual environments, building strong relationships, gathering requirements, and providing strategic counsel throughout project lifecycles
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, methodologies, and standards
