This role involves managing US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements and serving as a technical expert on accounting matters, with opportunities for career progression in various finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements - 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
• Serve as the go-to technical expert across the business on ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 842 (Leases), and ASC 718 (Stock-Based Compensation)
• Business partner Legal and Operations on accounting matters
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff on technical topics and best practices

Skills

• Big 4 audit background - essential
• CPA qualified
