You will spend the majority of your day making calls, navigating phone systems, and connecting with key decision makers. Success in this role comes from consistency, resilience, professionalism, and strong communication skills.We provide the structure, training, scripts, and tools. You bring the persistence and energy.Location RequirementApplicants must reside in one of the following states:Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, or Wisconsin.Key Responsibilities ☎️Conduct daily outbound calls to both existing and prospective referral sourcesWork through phone systems and gatekeepers to reach physicians and office leadershipReintroduce and educate practices on our in home sleep testing solutionsFollow structured outreach messaging while tailoring conversations appropriatelyDevelop and maintain relationships within your assigned geographic territoryAccurately document activity and manage pipeline in CRM systemsRepresent ISC and MedBridge with professionalism and persistence at all timesWhat You Bring Comfort spending most of the workday on outbound callsConfidence speaking with new contacts and decision makersAbility to navigate gatekeepers effectivelyStrong motivation tied to performance based earningsExcellent verbal communication and relationship building skillsA goal driven mindset with resilience and follow throughExperience That Helps ⭐Outbound sales, call center, or high volume phone experienceExperience working through complex phone systemsExposure to HubSpot preferred but not requiredExposure to Parachute preferred but not requiredHealthcare or medical background, especially sleep related services, is a plusPrior medical or healthcare sales experience is beneficialCompensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $35,000+ (based on experience) plus uncapped commissionStrong earning potential with no commission capStructured onboarding, call scripts, and sales support toolsDefined performance metrics with advancement opportunities into outside sales or leadershipComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidaysMonday through Friday scheduleEducation & Core Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferredAssociate degree or higher preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsSolid computer proficiency and phone skillsDetail oriented with strong follow up habitsAbility to manage deadlines and quotasComfortable working in a dynamic, fast moving environmentKnowledge of medical terminology is a plusEqual Opportunity & Compliance InformationEqual Employment Opportunity: MedBridge is an equal opportunity employer.
