Job Description

We are looking to recruit Product Specialists and Senior Product Specialist Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for company’s product sales to new and existing accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration Accomplish targeted sales and increase market share Serve multiple accounts in designated territory/geography Conduct and implement Market Development Activities within the guidelines of the company Make pre-planned sales presentations and demonstrate proper use of products to Medical Practitioners Contact and schedule appointments with potential new customers Promote and coordinate Professional Education activities extensively to enhance the knowledge of Healthcare Professionals Regular customer visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions Execute contract and/or tender management activities Coordinate with supply and logistic team to ensure product availability Follow up with customers and provide technical and professional support Analysis and development of sales forecasts for business planning by account and submit to management Prepare sales reports and documents as required. Regularly monitor end customer consumption pattern and work on improvement plan Timely reporting on customer meetings sample evaluations on software platform of the company as per management guidance Strictly abide by compliance guidelines Education Minimum qualification: Graduation Good to have: Master’s in business management / Knowledge in using computer applications, such as MS Office and CRM applications will be preferred Experience & Skills Required: At least – 3 to 5 years of prior experience in Surgical Devices Preferred: Candidates from Wound care & Wound closure background
