They are seeking a responsive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage enquiries and support sales conversions while ensuring a smooth customer experience during night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms
• Provide accurate information on travel packages and promotions
• Follow up on leads and support conversion into bookings
• Handover qualified leads to the sales team when required
• Ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare daily reports including enquiry volume, types of enquiries, and lead status (pending / converted / handed over)

Skills

• Preferably based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
• Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working night shift hours
• Prior experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage
