Responsibilities

• Manage a team of six or more software development project managers
• Hiring
• Training

• Jumping in as needed when projects go awry

Skills

• 10+ years project management over software development and customization projects, including budget management over fixed-price projects
• Experience managing project managers, including hiring and supervising
• PMP certification
• Agile certification (DASM preferred)
• Experience participating on sales calls, contributing to proposals, and managing external client relationships
• MS Project, Jira
• ERP implementation / customization project expertise
• Utility industry experience
• Public speaking experience
