Ad Ops Associate, Ad-Operations

Description At Amazon Advertising, we operate at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce to offer advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and placements including Alexa and Fire TV, Prime Video Ads, Live Sports Sponsorships, and Amazon's programmatic Demand Side Platform (DSP). We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping advertisers make strategic, analytically driven media and creative decisions that transform the campaign launch experience through innovative, tailored advertising services. Amazon Advertising is growing its online advertising program and is seeking an Ad Operations Associates in BLR to support our Global business. The Ad Ops Services Associate will provide world-class customer service and support for the Amazon global advertising business. Responsibilities include the daily operations of advertising campaigns across Amazon and its subsidiaries owned and operated sites. This role will be responsible to perform certain accurate media plan creation/reviews and to handle reporting process within the tool.

Job Description

In this role. the individual works under close supervision on completing the productivity and accuracy targets. Associates are required to understand different operational techniques to ensure attention to detail. Accuracy of processing is of utmost importance followed by speed. He/she should consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations & understands how the business operates and suggest changes to improve the process. The associate need to be a team player and willing to share his/her knowledge. This role would report to the Operations Manager. This is a Seasonal/Short term role for a duration of 6 months from the date of joining. Key job responsibilities This Includes, But Is Not Limited To

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business and operational area
  • Process allocated work to meet and exceed daily productivity targets
  • Maintain the highest standards around campaign QA, media plan creation/reviews
  • QA campaigns that are trafficked to Amazon's stable of properties: Amazon, IMDb, DPreview.com, etc.
  • Provide support and coverage to other advertising teams
  • Provide account team with screenshots confirming creative went live
  • Complete ad server and campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign, including go live workflows
  • Provide, verify 3rd party reporting
  • Uphold user experience by confirming ad units when they go live

Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen

  • Prioritization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
  • Show excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to face external and internal customers in a professional and mature manner

About The Team The Ad Operations team manages the campaign setup execution across Amazon's Owned and Operated properties, including Amazon.com, DSP, Amazon Devices, and IMDb.com. This global organization of 100+ professionals—comprising associates, specialists, managers, and site leads—delivers high-quality creative solutions across Amazon's US, EU5 (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES), CA, MX, and JP marketplace. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online or digital advertising
