Responsibilities

Providing system-wide assistance in the implementation and development of MultiCare’s program to oversee third party audits/monitoring reviews, contracted privacy support, and manages third party privacy related projects and initiatives Serving as a subject matter expert to provide project consultation across the organization in the matters of privacy, data, and civil rights Communicating expert guidance and consultation on federal, state, and local regulations/requirements to all levels of leadership and department staff Skills CHC or CHPC (Certified in HealthCare Compliance, Privacy, or Security) or comparable certification required Six (6) years of professional experience in Healthcare, with three (3) years of compliance (including government oversight, ERM, audit, contracting or legal), privacy or security experience required Bachelor's degree preferred Certification in ADA, DEI or related area preferred Benefits Competitive tuition assistance Award-winning residencies Fellowships Career development Generous PTO Code Lavender Employee Assistance Programs Comprehensive benefits package Medical benefits Dental benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Company Overview Multicare Health System operates as a not-for-profit health care organization.
