We’re currently hiring a full-time LCSW or LPC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our Oregon-based partners. What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders
• Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources

• Setting: 100% Remote | Oregon-based outpatient care
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8am-5pm PST | 40hrs/week
• Patient Population: Ages 18+, with diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, dual diagnosis, SUD, ADHD, and SPMI.
• We are seeking a clinician with experience with rural populations and a passion for working with marginalized communities.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon (required)
• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare plus!)
