The role involves building, testing, and deploying email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring campaign accuracy and adherence to timelines, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy static and automated email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)
• Identify opportunities for automation, scalability and process improvement
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time with proper QA and compliance checks. If needed, collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into executable SFMC workflows
• Adhere to execution timelines, QA processes, and documentation within the campaign management systems
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Marketing Channel experience i.e., Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile push/wallet campaigns
• Proven experience in B2B campaign operations or marketing automation
• Exposure to SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Demonstrated experience in attention to detail, project management, and business communication
• Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems
• Must Have: Atleast 3 plus years Project management experience, 3 plus years salesforce marketing cloud is a plus and any kind of HTML or email build work history
• Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts
• Exposure to Marketing databases and Digital Platforms
• Exposure to project management tools: COSMOS Workfront (or) MRM (or) Jira (or) ProofHub etc
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, organize workflow, and prioritize work
