BCforward is seeking a CTE Trainer to deliver virtual professional development for educators serving children from birth to kindergarten. The role requires strong early childhood expertise and the ability to facilitate engaging virtual trainings while managing group dynamics and maintaining a professional learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging virtual trainings for educators and administrators
• Deliver content with fidelity while adapting to participant needs
• Manage group dynamics and maintain a professional learning environment
• Complete required onboarding and preparation

Skills

• Classroom experience in early childhood(birth–5) and/or early elementary (K–2)
• Experience facilitating adult learning
• Experience across schools, districts, or PD settings
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Zoom skills (breakouts, chat, screen sharing, engagement tools)
• Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues during live sessions
• Familiarity with current Zoom tools, updates, and features
• Dual-screen setup and reliable internet connection required for effective facilitation
• Confident and engaging in a fully virtual environment
• Leadership roles (coach, director, curriculum specialist, etc.)
• Large-scale professional development experience
• Familiarity with assessments or early childhood systems
