The Marketing Specialist supports execution of product and campaign marketing across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment to effectively engage target organizations.

Responsibilities

• Adapt product marketing messaging for use across multiple channels, including social media (primarily LinkedIn), brochures, case studies, one-pagers, sales collateral, and event and campaign materials
• Coordinate and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with messaging, campaigns, and timelines
• Support marketing execution for product launches, including asset coordination and timeline management
• Partner with product marketing, design, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Manage updates and revisions to existing marketing materials and track deliverables and deadlines to support timely campaign execution
• Assist with general marketing coordination and operational support as priorities evolve

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different formats and audiences
• Experience planning and executing social media content, particularly LinkedIn
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technical marketing environments
• Familiarity with product marketing processes and launch support
• Experience working with design teams
• Marketing project management or social scheduling tools
• Producing live webinars
