IRL is a fast-growing field & experiential marketing and product sampling agency that helps consumer brands get products into the hands of real consumers. They are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of brand sampling campaigns across the country.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Brand Ambassadors nationwide
• Posting jobs and reviewing applications
• Scheduling and assigning staff to events and demos
• Following up with applicants and confirming shifts
• Managing campaign calendars and staffing trackers
• Monitoring check-ins, photos, and campaign reporting
• Following up with Brand Ambassadors for missing deliverables
• Processing weekly payroll and contractor payments
• Communicating with warehouses and fulfillment partners
• Sending campaign instructions and training materials
• Assisting with client recap reports
• General administrative and operational support
