This role involves building systems, models, dashboards, and controls to scale finance functions for multiple growth operating companies, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Experience leading a multi-entity environment which includes multiple operating companies such as private equity group, holdings company, or family office
• Investor focus - 'servant leader' approach
• Cross functionality across multiple verticals within the company
• Build the systems, models, dashboards, controls, and operating rhythms required to scale, building and leading the finance functions for multiple growth operating companies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
• Minimum 10 years of finance leadership experience, including within multi-entity operating environments
• Experience leading a multi-entity environment which includes multiple operating companies such as private equity group, holdings company, or family office
• Advanced financial modeling skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, liquidity planning, underwriting, and portfolio-level reporting
• Capable of building systems personally, not just directing others to build them
• Comfortable working directly with founders, principals, investors, operators, lenders, attorneys, and tax advisors
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
• Investor focus - 'servant leader' approach
• Cross functionality across multiple verticals within the company
