The role involves developing client relationships, recruiting top talent, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle while enjoying the support of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Source, recruit, interview, and place top talent
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through placement
• Negotiate rates, fees, and terms with clients and candidates
• Expand existing client accounts through relationship management and business development
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions
• Create long-term relationships with clients and candidates across your market

Skills

• 3+ years of staffing agency experience
• Full desk recruiting and/or business development experience
• Proven success developing new business and managing client relationships
• Experience recruiting and placing candidates within a staffing agency environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team
• Desire to grow your income and long-term career potential
