This specialized role requires expertise in reviewing and analyzing financial and investment-related documentation, focusing on investment management agreements and private funds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of complex financial and investment-related documents
• Analyze and review Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Review documentation related to:
• Fundraising transactions
• Private Equity Funds
• Private Funds
• Investment Management structures and arrangements
• Identify key financial terms, obligations, risks, and operational provisions within documentation
• Extract, validate, and summarize critical information from financial agreements and supporting documents
• Ensure document reviews are completed within strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and subject matter experts to resolve document-related issues
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of complex financial documentation
• Support due diligence, compliance, and investment management review processes as required

Skills

• Strong financial background with experience in investment management, asset management, private markets, or related financial sectors
• Proven experience performing financial document review
• Direct experience reviewing documentation relating to: Fundraising activities, Private Equity Funds, Private Funds, Investment Management
• Extensive experience reviewing and analyzing Investment Management Agreements (IMAs)
• Ability to interpret complex financial documentation and identify critical provisions
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting fund administration, investment operations, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investment firms
• Familiarity with subscription documents, fund offering materials, side letters, partnership agreements, and related investment documentation
• Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
• Knowledge of institutional investment structures and fund governance frameworks
