Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AagatiServe is looking for a Facilities Systems Administrator to manage and support their facilities systems. This role involves Archibus administration, user support, data integrity auditing, and coordination with IT and vendors for system improvements.

• Work order and service request management
• Requirements gathering and testing of system enhancements
• Coordination with IT and vendors on system improvement
• Reporting and operational data analysis

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams
• SQL or data querying experience
• Experience administering Archibus or a similar IWMS/CAFM platform (TRIRIGA| Planon| FM| etc.)
• Experience supporting Facilities| Corporate Real Estate| Workplace Services| or Space Planning organizations
• Strong understanding of occupancy management| space data| floor plans| and workplace operations
• Experience with AutoCAD and floor plan management preferred
• Experience gathering business requirements| conducting UAT| and supporting system implementations
