[Remote] Director, Operations Instructional Design
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Epitec is partnering with College Board to hire a Director of Operations Instructional Design to support a high-impact digital learning transformation initiative. This role involves designing and delivering interactive digital learning experiences and leading a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive digital learning experiences for Operations teams
- Build and lead a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence
- Develop multimedia training using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM Cloud
- Create learning strategies tied to performance outcomes and business impact
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to modernize training delivery
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital instructional design
- Expertise with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud
- Experience creating complex, interactive learning content (multimedia, simulations, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Innovative mindset (experience with modern learning approaches / 'vibe coding' is a plus)
