The role involves designing user journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders to produce scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall visual design language and user experience strategy for the platform
• Design end-to-end user journeys for guest and member experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Design onboarding, registration, authentication, and membership application workflows
• Design event discovery, search, calendar, ticketing, and checkout experiences
• Create profile management, membership status, and billing history interfaces
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences
• Produce developer-ready design specifications and assets
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback
