They are seeking a Director, Financial Services, Customer Partner to drive account growth, build customer relationships, and lead strategic account management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
• Drive proactive account growth
• Focus on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals
• Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions
• Work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
• Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
• Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
• Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
• Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
• Ensure customer satisfaction and account compliance

Skills

• 5+ years experience running account P&L
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
• 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
• Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• Sales experience in technical solutions
