• Manage the full cycle of analytical projects, from understanding business needs to delivering definitive solutions
• Combine data from various sources to develop strategic recommendations for healthcare initiatives
• Collaborate with data teams to develop analytical tools and insights that impact program performance
• Present findings clearly, tailoring communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• Over 7+ years of required: Need Data Scientist, not Analyst
• Experience with SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python or R
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, including experimentation methods like A/B testing
• Strong storytelling skills for communicating complex results effectively
• Prior experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred
