About the Role

As an Associate Data Engineer at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our data engineering pipeline. This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about data analysis, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment. The role involves providing technical support for the planning and deployment of data engineering solutions, participating in the architecture of analytical solutions, and updating systems to accommodate changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the components of our data engineering pipeline and various container-based services orchestrated through UIs, SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and reputed company, with code managed in reputed company and deployed through Jenkins.
  • Work as part of our production support team to ensure the highest standards of product design that meet customer requirements.
  • Test and troubleshoot data pipelines using test and live customer data, utilizing Jenkins, Python, and Java to automate these tests.
  • Use dashboards for Kubernetes/OpenShift to analyze high-level issues and ensure services are reliable.
  • Support performance tracking post-go-live and work with the performance team to transition support.
  • Collaborate with data suppliers to clarify requirements and eliminate barriers.
  • Drive automation into routine activities.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various products and services.
  • Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, layouts, drawings, and models.
  • The ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Preferred Qualifications and Skills In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and competencies are highly desirable
  • Experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, PL/SQL, reputed company, reputed company, and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of container-based services and orchestration tools like Kubernetes/OpenShift.
