Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Turn5, Inc. is one of the largest and fastest growing e-commerce retailers in the Greater Philadelphia area. They are seeking a Remote Data Analyst to leverage analytics technology to create, update, and analyze reports for various business units and processes, focusing on sales, marketing, and product analysis.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and analyze all product management and merchandising reports and other department reports as needed
• Develop reports and dashboards using data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and data querying languages such as SQL and TSQL
• Triage, prioritize, manage, and resolve any data related requests and issues generated to the Product Management department
• Discover opportunities for improvement within reporting and product management department processes and act to provide further insight or improvements
• Consistently and reliably work with the IT department to maintain databases and keep data clean
• Become a liaison between product management requests and the IT department, making sure all requirements from an IT perspective are met

Skills

• 1+ year(s) of experience working with large data sets in MS SQL Server Environments
• BA/BS in IT, marketing, e-commerce, economics, mathematics, or other related degrees
• Excellent analytical skills: including being able to quality-assure, clean, and analyze large data sets in order to draw conclusions and develop recommendations
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in Tableau
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to quality-assure, clean, and analyze large data sets
• Understanding of e-commerce marketing channels
• Proficiency in Access a plus but not a requirement
