Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Lead to provide leave-of-absence coverage for a Customer Marketing Manager supporting the Creative Professionals segment within Adobe's Global Marketing Organization. This individual will drive integrated marketing campaigns and always-on programs while partnering closely with various marketing teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and always-on programs aligned to business priorities and customer insights
• Develop integrated marketing briefs connecting strategy, audience, creative, channels, and measurement
• Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing, and external agencies to execute campaigns
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
• Provide strategic input throughout creative development and review cycles
• Ensure campaigns remain customer-focused, impactful, and aligned to brand standards
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve future initiatives
• Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple teams and priorities
• Maintain continuity across active marketing programs during team member leave coverage

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, integrated marketing, campaign management, or related marketing leadership roles
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing across brand, digital, social, media, and content channels
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
