Skills

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting
• Experience with professional networking sites including niche
• Understands sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)
• Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with ability to keep track of multiple positions at various stages of interviewing or hiring
• Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
