Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end AI content pipelines for blog articles and organic growth
• Maintain and optimize our programmatic SEO infrastructure (30+ tools already built), using agentic coding capabilities to monitor and improve performance
• Execute data-backed decisions by discerning which initiatives drive real business impact versus vanity metrics
• Balance AI efficiency with human insight, communicating complex strategies clearly without over-reliance on industry jargon

Skills

• Deep expertise in the latest AI models and developer tools, including ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor
• Proven ability to build and scale programmatic systems and automated content workflows across text, images, and videos
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven growth marketing
