They are seeking Cares Retention Advocates to make proactive outreach, assist with plan reviews, and maintain CRM documentation while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to resolve member issues and prevent disenrollment
• Handle inbound support with empathy and professionalism
• Conduct annual plan reviews and assist with re-enrollments
• Support plan changes, application updates, and collaborate with carriers/providers
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow compliance workflows
• Assist with scheduling, verification, and campaign support as needed

Skills

• Active health insurance license
• 1–2 years of customer service, retention, or Medicare sales experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Multi-state health insurance license
• 2026 AHIP
• Bilingual (Spanish)
