As an Automation Test Analyst, you will support test automation initiatives by creating detailed manual test scripts that enable automation engineers to build robust automated solutions, ensuring delivery quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Convert high-level test scenarios into detailed, step-by-step, click-level test instructions
• Review operational procedures and existing test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Document detailed user actions, inputs, and expected outcomes for automation readiness
• Collaborate closely with automation engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure test scripts are clear, structured, and suitable for conversion into automated scripts
• Support continuous improvement of test documentation and automation readiness standards

Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in QA, manual testing, or BA/QA hybrid roles
• Strong experience converting scenarios into detailed test scripts and documentation
• Ability to produce highly structured, precise, and repeatable test cases
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Experience collaborating with automation or QA engineering teams
• Understanding of mortgage systems and lending workflows
• Familiarity with test automation tools and concepts (read/interpret level)
• Experience in regulated environments with strong documentation standards
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
