We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our growing team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications while building and integrating AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Go, Python, and other modern languages
• Build and integrate AI-driven solutions, including prompt engineering and automation workflows
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new ideas to deliver minimum viable products (MVPs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement technical solutions
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and contribute to process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Go, Python, and at least one additional modern language (Java, C#, or Rust)
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and automation tools (e.g., IBM UFT, PowerAutomate)
• Strong understanding of cloud-native development and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with OpenAI
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Knowledge of AI operations and MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining machine learning models
• Familiarity with secure coding principles and basic cybersecurity best practices
• Experience in federal, defense, or highly regulated environments a plus
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Developer, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer)
