Responsibilities

• Closing warm leads and managing sales opportunities
• Understanding and promoting the company's products including metal buildings, concrete, and barndominiums
• Collaborating with the team to ramp up for the spring sales rush

Skills

• Experience in sales, specifically in construction or related industries
• Proven track record of past sales experience and results, including quota and quota attainment
• Ability to close warm leads
• Understanding of startup equity and willingness to accept RSUs
• Attention to detail
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Desire to build something real and take ownership
